Founder & Head of Office Services
Brian Casey is the founder and head of office services at Grandview Tenant Advisors where he is responsible for sourcing and executing office business across all services lines.
With over 13 years of experience, Brian offers an extensive background in delivering comprehensive real estate solutions for diverse client types ranging from local businesses to large multinational corporations. During his tenure, Brian has completed more than 5 million square feet of leasing on behalf of clients, totaling more than a billion dollars in total transaction volume. Brian has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in commercial real estate transactions, and he uses his expertise to guide his clients through every step of the process. He is committed to delivering personalized service, building lasting relationships, and achieving exceptional results for his clients.
Brian is passionate about the Nashville community and is actively involved in various local organizations, including Young Life, NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and traveling with his wife and daughter.

Melody Cash
Brand Designer
Melody is the brand designer at Grandview Tenant Advisors where she is responsible for developing the brand identity and logo along with corresponding marketing materials and strategy.
With over 5 years of experience, Melody has worked with a wide range of clients and industries, from small local brands to international corporations. After graduating from Belmont University with a BFA in Design Communications, Melody began her career working as a designer at an advertising agency. Since then, she has transitioned to working primarily freelance and contract design roles in a variety of industries. Melody specializes in building and maintaining impactful brand designs to create a cohesive and recognizable identity across platforms. She also has extensive experience in print and digital media, custom illustrations, photo and video editing and production, and web design.
Melody is passionate about collaborating and building relationships with clients and other creatives. In her free time, she also enjoys painting, traveling, live music, and spending time in nature.
